Proprietors, Diane & Michael O’Brien has many years experience in management, administration and retail. This background has been an ideal foundation and platform for setting up Cook In Thyme. It took two years to find the right location, one which provided the desired balance of convenience, ease of access and a stimulating environment.

At the conceptual stage it was decided that the key objective for the business was to provide a good quality range of kitchenware and tableware at reasonable prices supported by excellent customer service.
